Peter Shoukry, the journey so far…
Born in Giza, Egypt, Peter Shoukry and his family moved to United States at the age of 10. He was deeply mesmerized by the cartoon characters of Mickey Mouse and Bugs Bunny. He was unacquainted with his inbuilt talent for art till he reached high school where he took arts as an elective easy grade subject. Soon, his arts teacher spotted his rare talent and for next four years, encouraged him to develop and nurture it. His dedication paid off when, after graduation, he was given the honor of displaying his painting in an exhibition held at the Museum of Contemporary art in Los Angeles, California.
Since then, his art career has been on a rise. Peter Shoukry is on the verge of becoming one of the greatest painters of our times with his work displayed in over 26 international art galleries and museums and his paintings rightly admired and owned by some of the biggest art collectors existing today.
Already established as a renowned artist, Peter Shoukry took his first stride in the world of modeling in the year 2012. Holder of a charismatic personality, Peter Shoukry was spotted by the owner of Slater Model Management who signed him for his for Eufora fashion show and campaign. He worked with Slater for the next 3 months and then moved on to the ladder of fame and success. As an upcoming super model, Peter Shoukry, has been a part of over 30 fashion shows nationwide representing and walking the ramp for some of the famous fashion designers. He has featured in several fashion magazine editorials including McKleinUSA, Traphic, Banana Republic, Dolce & Gabbana, and Express in the industry.
He has extensively worked with famous American fashion icon, Ralph Lauren and is currently the new model for the Ralph Lauren editorial, and look book.
